Which devices are supported?

Any iPhone or iPad with iOS 18. 3D scanning (LiDAR Mesh, Point Cloud, Room, Object) needs a LiDAR scanner: iPhone 12 Pro and later Pro models, iPad Pro (2020 and later). Depth Photo also works on any device with Face ID, using the front camera.

My depth photo says “Finding Depth…”.

Stand about 30 cm to 3 m from your subject and make sure there is enough light. With the front camera, hold the phone at arm's length.

How do I post my art to Instagram?

In the Studio, tap Export, choose Video or Photo and the 4:5, 9:16 or 1:1 size, then Share and pick Instagram — or save to Photos and post from there.

How do I open the particle animation in Blender?

Export › 3D › Animation (Pro) gives a zip. Unzip it, open import_stagescan.py in Blender 4.x's Scripting workspace and press Run Script. The README inside explains Houdini and TouchDesigner too.

Where are my scans stored?

On your device, in the Files app under On My iPhone (or iPad) › StageScan › Scans. To move a scan to another device, use Share › Send to Another Device.

How do I restore, manage or cancel StageScan Pro?

Restore: Settings tab › Restore Purchases. Manage or cancel: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › StageScan. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.

Do you upload my photos or scans?

No. StageScan has no server for your data. See the Privacy Policy.

在創作工作室按「匯出」，選影片或照片與 4:5、9:16、1:1 尺寸，再按分享選 Instagram；也可以先存到相簿再發。

怎麼在 Blender 打開粒子動畫？

匯出 › 3D › 動畫（Pro）會得到 zip。解壓縮後在 Blender 4.x 的 Scripting 工作區打開 import_stagescan.py，按 Run Script。裡面的 README 也說明了 Houdini、TouchDesigner 的用法。

掃描存在哪裡？

存在你的裝置上：「檔案」app 的「我的 iPhone（或 iPad）› StageScan › Scans」。要傳到另一台裝置，用「分享 › 傳到另一台裝置」。

怎麼恢復購買、管理或取消 StageScan Pro？

恢復購買：設定分頁 › 恢復購買。管理或取消：iPhone「設定」› 你的名字 ›「訂閱項目」› StageScan。請在本期結束前至少 24 小時取消，以免自動續訂。

會上傳我的照片或掃描嗎？

不會。StageScan 沒有存放你資料的伺服器，詳見隱私權政策。

作品を Instagram に投稿するには？

スタジオで「書き出し」をタップし、動画または写真と 4:5・9:16・1:1 のサイズを選んで、共有から Instagram を選びます。写真に保存してから投稿することもできます。

パーティクルアニメーションを Blender で開くには？

書き出し › 3D › アニメーション（Pro）で zip ができます。解凍して Blender 4.x の Scripting ワークスペースで import_stagescan.py を開き、Run Script を押します。Houdini や TouchDesigner での使い方も同梱の README にあります。

スキャンはどこに保存されますか？

デバイス内の「ファイル」App ›「この iPhone（または iPad）内」› StageScan › Scans です。別のデバイスに送るには「共有 › 別のデバイスに送る」を使います。

StageScan Pro の復元・管理・解約は？

復元：設定タブ › 購入を復元。管理・解約：iPhone の「設定」› ユーザ名 ›「サブスクリプション」› StageScan。更新を避けるには期間終了の 24 時間前までに解約してください。

写真やスキャンはアップロードされますか？

いいえ。StageScan にはデータを保存するサーバーがありません。プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
